bspray, it's in the readme file. There are ten designs that you can show off on your surcoat and also on the cover of your horse. Look for the "Custom" surcoat and horse and follow the instructions to copy the files over.

This is a better quality approach than the in-game surcoat system which doesn't display the designs reliably and only works for surcoats.

Any which way, if you want to be historically accurate, usually you would only wear a plain colored surcoat.

Hi, Fred. I'm really enjoying your mod and love how you renamed the Rhodock castles with my country's (Lithuania) castle names.
I'm having one problem though. I chose a banner with a silver tower and green background. The shield matches but I can't get the surcoat to match. How can I solve this problem?

Question: does it works with Warband? 'cause every time I try to start it up, the game crashes.
