Tethoys is a fanmade planet on which a major battle during the Clone Wars took place. The clones were stationed on the planet close to the Outer Rim and were at peace until the droids took aim the planet, intending to invade it. The droids developed a new experimental unit of droids involving new droid types and new weapons. This story takes place from the droid's perspective through a series of new campaign missions. There's custom dialog before each objective as well to make it seem and feel like a vanilla campaign mission. This will be a mappack involving at least 5 missions. The first mission will be released in the next couple of days after some finishing touches on the map and adjusting the unit count to limit crashing. (first map is very huge so expect a crash or 2 here and there). If there's any problems feel free to leave a comment below and I can take a look at it. Roger Roger.
The droids have invaded the planet of Tethoys during the early stages of the clone wars, with a fleet large enough to take over the entire planet. The droid forces decided to land in an open field after a planetary bombardment scorched most of the vegetation in order to take over the planet to get access to it's resources. Republic forces stationed on the planet have dug in, preparing to repel the invasion. CIS high command however authorized the use of several new droid units in order to see if they can have great battlefield success. Play as the droids and live through the full story of one of the costliest battles for both sides of the war. This is Pt. 1 of a 5 part map series focused around a fannmade planet on which the droids have invaded.
If there's any problems please lmk here or in the main page and I'll fix em asap.
Also the campaign mission is under the conquest in the Galactic Civil War era because the campaign option refused to work.
Aside from missing sounds for many vehicles everything seems surprisingly stable.
That's good to hear. I'll work on fixing the starfighter sounds and for the custom vehicles I gotta find the sound files for them in gametoast or somewhere in my files.
