Temporal Assassin Version 0.4643 Patch file

A Patch for 0.4642 that updates the game to 0.4643, this fixes a couple of issues that came with ANOTHER Gmod update, again.

General Fixes:
Added a new dev variable that can be applied to any entity (ent.AlwaysGrab = true) that causes its physics object to enable motion when grabbed (if able) or melee attacked
Fixed the barrel in d1_canals_06 not being kickable/grabbable
Fixed Offshore prison doors not being drop kickable
Fixed the strange Mass NPC creation due to a frame check being misaligned
Fixed the Hexacore finding ghosts
Fixed a typo in Yokai-Tamer coat Part 1 that doesnt mention that its possible to obtain via "another method" (release datharon), also fixed it saying 30 Health when its actually 30%
Hopefully fixed normal enemy combine having the Crystal Rifle
Hopefully fixed zombies having headcrab body groups enabled when they shouldn't have
Fixed a doll not despawning in d2_coast_04
Fixed Cosmo being cat like and absolutely demanding you open a door only for him to just leave
