Updated the game from any 0.448+ version to 0.4493.

Additions:
(CLIENTSIDE) Added 1 new custom hook to check for when the player successfuly blocks an attack, "TA_MeleeBlocked", the arguments are ( player, offensiveguard, damage )
Movement Changes:
Increased the time it takes for Wall Clinging to start draining Stamina from 0.25 seconds to 0.5 seconds
Armour Changes:
All normal armour values have had their protective power on health increased by 50% and armour damage taken has been reduced by 25%, this effectively gives armour much more of an actual survival value on higher difficulties
Armour no longer has a Gate algorithm attached to it, as long as you have ONE single unit of armour, it will still protect your health by the 70% (77.5% with 101-200 armour, 85% with 201-300 armour, and still the 100% with above 300 which requires Hell-Steel)
Eldritch Armour remains unchanged and still takes 50% less raw damage (75% less on IM WATCHING+) while completely protecting Health and Normal Armour
Item Changes:
Portable Medkits can now be picked up while at maximum portable medkits, this will give a full 100 Field Kit, effectively letting you carry 6 portable medkits without having to rely on normal healing items to get to 100 field kit
Mana Burst Changes:
Reduced the penalty for gaining mana burst past 100% to -50% burst gained instead of -80%
Enemy Changes:
Maximum weapon magazine size for some enemies has been reduced.
New maximum weapon magazine sizes have been implemented for HL:Source enemies (12 SMG shots before reloading, 3 Shotgun shots before reloading)

Misc Changes:
Fixed a potential error when doing large ragdoll forces en-mass on a large group
Fixed a potential on-death error when being guard broken on nearly the same frame as dying
Safe Zone player damage is now -95% from -90%
Added a sanity check to the hub to hopefully stop a prop from causing issues
Fixed the Show Difficulty Icon help text being incorrectly labelled as the alt catalogue position text
Vehicles max speed increased a fair bit
Dynamic Music change on taking damage now has a 1 second cooldown to avoid SV to CL data being spammed when taking damage too rapidly
Added a small bell jingle to lanterns when they flinch
