The Combine has relooked at everything that went wrong in City 17 and decided that not having extra protocols for an event like the arrival of someone like Gordon Freeman and not having more advance troops and defenses cost the Combine the World Administrator and the main Citadel. They looked at this and decided that they needed better plans for figures that were involved in highly anomalous facilities before the War and needed better control and troops. They developed the Project Rethink. This pieced together the plans for enhancing the Combines Military. Meanwhile, you, the protagonist, arrive in City 54, in New Orleans, on an assignment to deliver a data packet you decrypted. Your delivery makes you meet a child-hood bestfriend and a group of rebels leading the Technical Advancement. The data packet reveals secrets of The Reformation. What will you do?
