For people who have never heard of Serious Sam or the Team Happeh mod: Serious Sam is a FPS in which hordes of enemies attack you at once. It is the most challenging FPS currently available, if played on serious difficulty.
The Team Happeh Mod consists of model replacements of the all of the enemies and some weapons and items. The mod's goal was to make the game more difficult. The Team Happeh Mod does indeed make the game even harder when played on serious difficulty. If you want to hone your skills, the Team Happeh Mod is what you need.

I am proud of the health replacements. They are all real herbal healths. Never saw that in a game before.
Licorice, Codonopsis, White Ginseng, Red Ginseng
Liver Gib - The liver Gib is the second best thing about the Team Happeh Mod. The Liver Gib can be lots of fun. It is collideable. This means that in a fight, instead of charging thru the parts, not realistic, you have to jump over or wade thru them, just like real body parts. So do the enemies. The fun part is to watch one of the enemies step on a gib and launch itself 200 meters in the air. They attack all the way back down to the ground so watch the sky if one jumps!

The enemy replacements fall into two categories. The ones that are much more aggressive and/or harder and the ones that are just a little more aggressive and/or harder.
A little more aggressive - Mini Me, Goldie, Domo Kun(NHK TV mascot), Monkeh Boy
The meat of the Team Happeh Mod:
Legna - swoops very fast, texture makes hard to spot
Headman, Bomberman, Kamikaze - Texture is same for all 3. You must watch them to see who is most dangerous. Also thinner with a harder to see texture.
Thunderboy - Faster and more agile.
AnkhTula - Smaller with a texture that makes it hard to spot.
Mechaberto - Mechaberto will stomp you. He wants to grind you into meat. Now! Watch this guy. He is amazingly tough. He is also the one that jumps 100 feet in the air sometimes and fires rockets at you on the way down.
And now, if the admin has not cut this long message ;) for the coup de grace of the Team Happeh Mod.
Most of my life if I ran into people and we got to talking about movies, favorites always come up. Eventually the conversation reaches the movie Ghostbusters with Bill Murray. Everyone I have ever met in my life has said "You know, I would love to blow the hell out of the Sta Puft MarshMallow Guy".
Well.....Now you can. ;)
As far as I know, the only place you can blast the Sta Puft MarshMallow guy is in the Team Happeh Mod for Serious Sam.
The Sta Puft Guy has a magic attack also. If you get to close to him and he tries a close up attack, run like the wind. His attack reaches about 5 meters past his arms. You think you are clear and then, Wham! you are covered with MarshMallow Pain.
Don't forget to watch the flying MarshMallows too! (caution 1024X768)
If you always wanted to blast the Sta Puft guy and don't have Serious Sam? Last I looked it was $7 at the store. They just released a combo pack with Sam 1 and 2 for $20 or so. You got no excuse not to make marshmallow gibs if ya want to.
Finally, I want to say thanks to the doods at ModDB. This has been a great place to gain exposure for the mod. I know it must take time and money to provide this place for all of us.
