Nod Shrine
The Shrine are linked to the Refill Button on the map TCW_Snow which will be included with the Demo. When the Shrine is destroyed the Refill Button on Purchase Terminals is disabled :)

So.. it is like warehouse?
What you mean? It is simple: There is a refill button on the PT's which allows refilling of your character ammo and health. When the Armory is destroyed that button will no longer function :)
I believe what he is referring to is, you need a place for all the extra ammo & ...magical health regenerating things, eg: A warehouse. So yes, it is like a cooler looking warehouse.
Are there also refill stations in the barracks/Hand of Nod?
You can refill in any building at the Purchase Terminals as long as your Armory or Shrine is alive.
PS: Maps that don't have a Shrine or Armory are unaffected. On these maps you can always refill.
