This multimod was built off Bluelight / Armed Forces and RRTS mods, it adds new weapons retextures for Scorpion, Benelli & Remington Shotguns, AUG, hk smg2, CAR 15 and adds a new P90 smg with 2 dif versions. These new textures were added so that more weapons could be used with the HANDSUP command. There are many other small tweaks and added features that I believe improve oppon the gameplay aspect.

.Added Supressed P90 with mounted flashlight // Added Supressed P90 LV (with Visible Laser)
.Slightly slower movement speed to better fit the existing running animations (just for Swat operators using the default skins)
.Better CS gas, flashbang animations and graphics with larger range of effect
.Different flashbang sfx (from rrts complete)
.Wider flashlight
.Better arresting animations (fin secure already included)
.Added different death animations
.Difficulty level (AI reaction times and behavior) set to vanilla
Last resort mod is obligatory! To install just drop the .zip file into your SWAT 3\Mods folder

Can't believe that a guy decided to make SWAT3 even better in 2023 with Bluelight and RRTS combined together and improve on some things that was a little bit mediocre on those mods:
-the sound of some guns changed back (I hated the M4 suppressed Bluelight, it felt like I was having a peashooter lmao)
-The reticle sight is much more clean than whatever this is in BlueLight (especially when equipping a gun with an aimpoint)
-Love the grenade sound and effect (you even kept the bluelight UI for the grenade and the C2 breaching charge that's a plus :D), Finn secure and the wider taclight
-P90 and now we have decent texture on some guns letsgoooooo >:]

The only thing I hate is the goofy death animations from RRTS Complete when they die flying like a ballet dancer but it can be easily removed from the files (just go to the "AtacticalEntry" folder and find a folder named "Animation" and you should find another zip folder "Death Good-Bad Guys" or something like that and delete it.
Possible bug: Headshot doesn't always kill the suspect....

thnks, yeah you get the feeling, i was having some issues with both mods, some stuff I really loved some other stuff not really... so yeah decided kinda to merge the 2 and made some small changes on my own. Thanks for letting people know to disable those death anims, regarding the 2 final points I will check it out...
I remember using "blood_bath_v1" and seemed fine/compatible, but yes i Believe "blood_soaked2.0" was not looking very good with this mod. Or on its own really.
I have not touched any "damage"/"ammo settings" or any settings related to armor btw, that part remains same has Bluelight/armed forces nor noticed anything wrong with headshots
Will it be necessary to run the tier packs with this? Will I be missing out on anything if I just ran this one by itself?
Also just got an error while playing the phoenix club mission. Invalid polygon: skin=m1a_f*02470,index=-1, tris=177. I am running last resort as my mod loader version 0.84.
Just played the mission and was fine, but i have ONLY tried with last resort 0.74 That was the version available at the time of making this mod. I Will check with 0.84 soon
I personally just Run this mod Alone since its a multimod with quite some stuff already in it
Nice to see my RRTS mod is still getting used!!! I recently just reinstalled the game for some nostalgia. If you're still modding, keep it going!
