Star Wars Conquest is a Mount&Blade; module which transforms a medieval world into the far, far away galaxy... with the same premises than the original game, this module offers an open sandbox where the player can do anything he wants. Based on a Galactic map and hundreds of planets.

The FAQ below is seriously outdated. For a more current one head over here: Dev.getconquest.net
--the team

▪ For which game is this module for?
Mount&Blade 1.011 "Original" from Taleworlds Entertainment...

▪ How do I install this?
Go to the turorials section, there is a really good one
that explains all the process...

▪ There will be a Warband version anytime soon?
yes... after we finished with the vanilla game.

▪ When will the Warband version be out?
We've not started to port, but estimating roughly Fall 2012...

▪ Can I enhance the graphics somehow? How?
yes, use a DirectX graphic patch named Enbseries and paste it to your M&B main directory.
Download it here

A SMAA injector may help you with the aliasing: Mrhaandi.blogspot.com

▪ I'm curious... What's the time frame of this mod's setting?
We've tried to bring to life the Galactic Civil War period, you know, 'The Old Movies', but the mod also contains some Clone Wars features, such as clones, droids, superdroids and new-trilogy weapons and armors...

Our SW guru says that the correct canon date is 1 ABY [after the destruction of the first Deathstar].

The correct canon date couldn't be 1 ABY because the first Deathstar was destroyed 0 ABY. Unless of course it's supposed to say 1 BBY.

ABY = After the battle of Yavin

BBY = Before the battle of Yavin

Edit: just realized the Deathstar is near Endor in the mod so it just needs to not say "before the destruction of the first deathstar"

The above date was a rough estimate.
Due to the sheer awesome and huge amount of content we have been cramming into the next SWC release we have put back the date on the Warband port.
Since the majority of our work on SWC will be ported to Warband (Along with alot of new specially designed content) it means the more work we put into this version of SWC we can get a Warband port out alot sooner after the next release, so it all evens out. :)

I've updated the FAQ with some grammatic corrections, and updated dates. :)
Added SMAA injector, that I personally like more than EmbSeries.

Wait a minute - wait a minute! Red geek flag! It cannot be after the battle of Yavin in-game AND before the destruction of the first death star - because the Battle of Yavin was where the first death star was destroyed! It would be 1 BBY or 0 ABY.

Opps, now that you comment that, we've to change the existing Death Star to be in-construction, I'm basically a Star Wars illiterate.
If you see our map, it's the second one, as is orbiting around Endor.

Aaand, corrected. Thankies.

apparently, as of December 2015, they're still not finished with the vanilla game :\

How come there's a fully built Deathstar II and some of the planets don't match their cannon allegiance?
