Star Wars Conquest is a Mount&Blade; module which transforms a medieval world into the far, far away galaxy... with the same premises than the original game, this module offers an open sandbox where the player can do anything he wants. Based on a Galactic map and hundreds of planets.

Why does the Clone Wars mod on the Taleworlds forum and this mod seem to be oblivious to each other? I have never seen anything to do with the other, except for Revan's ramblings, on the opposite forums. Are you trying to stay out of each others way? I am curious since it seems strange that there is no work between the two. |

Basically CW:AA it's a fork of SWC. Peralta and Lux wanted a more New Films look to the mod, Happy Stormtrooper it's an Old movie's purist who likes to call battle droids "Fake trilogy crap", and Hokie remained neutral so you can imagine the rest. For my part, I don't mind. Personally I'm only making an Star Wars mod because it's a challenge to put it into a sandbox medieval game. (meritocracy) They (Peralta and Lux) resurrected the "Rise of the Clones" module or started from scratch (whatever) with a little help of the Zahar models and some of the swc ones. (Yeah, I know Lux, they aren't strictly ours) The latest new I read somewhere they were going to 2D or sth. And yeah, as your probably noticed, I'm trying to respect at most our timeline space. I don't want to interfere and create conflicts. If you want more info let me know. Edited by: Swyter -- My Mount&Blade Tools: » Iron Launcher for Warband » Iron Launcher » Font Customiser » WarKit |

Thanks Swyter, I was confused since I didn't know the backstory. I am finding that there is a lot that I don't know about because it is connected to something from before I joined. --

Yeah, it's a pretty complex story behind it, bottom line is we've separated ourselves completely from SWC, but we did cooperate sometimes. Nobody has had time lately, really. |
