This means you just have to work with food, drink, clothes, wood and furniture to help grow homes, families and cities. 1. Trains and time are slighly slowed down - enjoy the ride. 2. Train reliability increased - those annoying train breakdowns should be rare or non existent. 3. Innovation speed reduced 4. South Texas cities now have Mexico type buildings (unfortunately that means station has that flag too and if you start in those cities your trains will have Mexican flags, but I think it's worth it for the buildings down south in this period). 5. Starting funds increased to $2m. Build a good network and grow cities - without the vanilla resource overload.
