PC: Open Steam > Right click Rusted Warfare on library > Properties > Local files > Move the mod file to units folder > extract the mod file or rename ".zip" to ".rwmod" > Open Rusted Warfare > Mods and press reload mods. Enjoy
Mobile: Rename mod file ".zip" to ".rwmod" > Open Rusted Warfare > Mods > Import mod > Select mod file > Select internal or external > Reload mods. Enjoy
Btw if it isnt working, try extracting the zip file or renaming ".zip" to ".rwmod", i'll include this info on the instructions aswell.
It has to be a .zip file, .rwmod files don’t work

Hmm, which version are you on? the mod requires 1.15p8 version of the game to work, its was released on iOS recently iirc
How do you get research points
On Refinery, you need Cognite and Aderium to produce Research points
