Our main website (http://starlabs.quaint.info) and the corresponding email address (starlabs \AT/ quaint \DOT/ info) is currently down due to server problems. It appears the server is being attacked by a vicious worm which, of course, isn't likeable. Right now, all we can do is wait until the trouble has been resolved. Personally, I reckon it might take in between 24 and 72 hours, depending on how much trouble they run into. (Hopefully none, of course..)
Meanwhile, Starlabs progress for the last three weeks have been a bit more on the slow side due to problems in both mine and Spect3r our personal lifes. Though the problems have been resolved, we both still need some time to get back rolling. However, seeing how in three weeks time I should be getting by summer holiday, I'm expecting no delays for the final release date.
Lastly, the promised media has been pushed back for a few weeks, due to the before mentioned problems.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. Glad Starlabs is still going though :)
Thank!
The good news is, the servers are back up!
If all goes well, I should also have a small week off.. Though I'm on stand-by, so to speak. Meaning that I can be called up to go to school to evaluate any project related work. After that week, it's the presentation of the product and midterms. (JAVA Midterm should be a good *cough* laugh.. I'm doomed!)
Regardless of school, in the following couple of days I should be able to spend some time on Starlabs so whatever I missed out on, will be rectified. 8)
And the server is back down again.. We don't have a clue what's going on this time, so this should be *cough* exiting *cough*...
