Hi guys!
Firstly i'd like to apologize for not posting anything since our last update in June/July, the team has been very busy with an assortment of issues. Anyway, we're here now , so we'd like to show off some of the latest work !
Firstly, Scyrux has been working very hard on his city level, which is looking great - most of it is untextured for now, but this will change in the near future.
On the flip side, meyitzo, foxhound and Captainsource have all been working on the Goa'uld weapons. Here are some textured renders:
Finally, Dalla, our character modeller, has been working on the jaffa armour. Here it is, textured, on a generic body:

Are these the same stargate models that are commonly used for Garrys Mod? I know they have tons of Stargate SENTs and SWEPS scripted with LUA, and they're really fun to use. I remember using the Stargate SENT for my base and the ring transporters. I also remember fighting off NPC hoards at Gm_Flatgrass with the staff weapon.
Personally I've never been a fan of Stargate but these images just caught my attention due to the models.

no none of these models are the same as the garry's mod stuff. Everything you see here has been modeled by members of the Whirlwind Games Dev Team. We do not tolerate under any circumstances the use of models from other mods unless it is with strict permission or it is apart of a collaborative effort.
