Romulan Star Empire-RSE Klingon Empire-KE I plan to make the Romulan-Earth war part of the Galactic Civil War, sort of how the Winter War between Finland and the Soviet Union was part of World War II. The NTV is the Gungan copy of the Trade Federaion MTTs captured after it's failed invasion of Naboo.
I wanted to add flag decales on the side but the way the MTTs textures were alined did not allow me to do so, the flag would appear all over the MTT.
