Star Wars Battlefront III Legacy is a large-scale conversion mod created for Battlefront II using as many recovered assets that are available from the cancelled game Star Wars Battlefront 3 by Free Radical; including both eras (Clone Wars and GCW), a brand-new HUD+Interface and a few converted maps such as Coruscant, Cato Neimoidia, Bespin and Dantooine.

Description
In Beta 4.1 Coruscant will also be receiving a major update. As soon as the map is nearly finished, I will release a gameplay video of the new map.
cant describe how beautful and how much in love i am with this mod, how high my hopes are that it will be fully completed and not left to die.
This mod's been in development for around 2 years. That's some dedication lol.
There are mods which have been in development for more than a few years, e.g.: Mass Effect Unification, TCW Mod, Tron and a couple more. But yeah. It's the project I worked on the longest time than any other project before.

Are you able to use texture planes or something to add clouds and fog. I just feel it would be more atmospheric and make distance parts seem better. I would suggest volumetric fog but I don't think that BF2 can support that. Obviously this kind of thing is late stage and I would expect you to get there any time soon but I just thought I would suggest it while I was thinking about it.
