The Klingon Bird of Prey was a Raider class vessel for the Klingon Defense Force, armed to the teeth with 4 forward pulse cannons, 2 forward beam emitters, a dual photon torpedo launcher and 4 point defense cannons it could destroy ships twice its size with ease. Its only downside is that with all those weapons ships of this type lack the protection some of the larger ships have. With its overcharged impulse engines it can out-maneuver most larger ships, but when cornered by a wolf-pack of smaller ships its weakness can be exploited.
This model was the last model we received by our late 3D artist and dear friend Amargosa, so to me personally this ship has a very special place in this mod and in my heart.
