It was a great idea. But the implementation was poor. People stood like pillars around the area, no soul the NPCs. The Quest lyrics were uninspiring and I often didn't know their motives in the quests. Or why I do that for the new dawn fraction.
A fraction needs already morethen NPCs and poor design quests to grap loot. You also need a lot of small stories and lore information to which breathe life. Interaction and changes in the group.
Is a lot of work, if you want do this right.
I am already happy, because I don't know what it is, but I love crates and storage boxes in games :P It's some kind of weird fetish
yes guiding by the decals maybe . and if you played stalker COP at Zaton you can see the CNPP in the background maybe back in stalker CS they survived at the CNPP big emision\blowout and they came here
