"Phoenix" - contains mostly semi-military groupings and scientists researchers, members of separatistic and almost teroristic groups mercenaries, expert sabotours and undercover spies. Many from the Eastern block mainly:
- Russian Federation, Serbian Republic, also from the close and far east:
- Kazakhstan, People's Republic Of China, Japan but not only.
Faction contains many experienced soldiers from Caucasian regions too, also some Rebel movements from Cuba and few groups from Northeast Africa and Middle Eastern opposing forces partisans.
And also full of Ex-militaries and deserters from powerfull factions Inside the he "Exclusion Zone" like:
-"Freedom", "NRF", "Duty" etc.
They are working like mercenaries elite forces, but more like "Headhunters". They are not that many, but powerfully enough to destroy a big group of stalkers or entirely erase bigger camps. Most of the members are with military ranks over Captain or even Major. They aren't scared to attack directly or from the back, they don't have any kind of "Code", do not work with someone huge from the outside world. No leadership are known for them, they work for their own pleasure and paying their own money. Arround them any loner Stalker from the "Chernobyl Zone" and any factions ln huge danger. If stalkers are detected near them or their base , they can't expect anyting else that a rain of bullets anywhere and everywhere around. Commands to the fighters Is given only by the commander In-chief at the moment and no one other than him lower In the pyramid of the faction. Interesting fact about them ls that:
- They using Dogs, In most of their missions. No one knows from where they've got them, probably domesticate mutant dogs or buyed them from the hunters. Or came together with them before they entered the "Chernobyl Exclusion Zone".
