The Great War was a time of death and suffering, but also set the right conditions for what philosophers such as Karl Marx could've only dreamed of. This suffering brought about many revolutions across Europe. In Germany, the victory of the communists would shock the entire world, and would forever change the face of European politics.

Sarrebruck what have you become i am kind of curious now what happened with the Germans in Alsace Lorraine and in Sarrebruck did they get expelled like the Sudeten Germans like in our timeline?

Not expelled, but they are certainly being forced to adopt the French language and culture.
