Recreation of The Battle of Thermopylae of 480 B.C. focusing on the Spartans and last stand for Greece. The multiplayer will be a beast of its own mainiting the art, style, and fighting sense, but recreating the gameplay. It will be oriented towards the war as a whole instead of the single battle. Will be including updates as game design decides on more set in stone factors. (These lists will be added to as we become for sure on the gameplay) Singleplayer including: -Ten hours of gameplay -Battle formations recreating troop combat of the Spartan Phalanx -Calling on you to use group combat constantly giving you 4 Spartans at your side, and requiring you do use strategy to overcome the odds Multiplayer including: -Multiple classes and a ranking system that unlocks characters as you rank up in the Greek or Persian army -Multiple fighting modes including a lenghty campaign mode, waging the war until there is a clear victor.

skimpy underpants and a really buff body - everybody would like that!

Would you agree that it's easier to model a muscular type than just an average-looking man? I'm quite smitten by the render, this is fantastic work and I hope it will work as a character model for UT07/UE3. Looks like a lot of polys to me.
The only criticism I have is that, in my opinion, the belly-button is too high, it should be lower down the belly in mpov.
If you feel like linking to some tutorials that would really be great, but since you seem to use mudbox and zbrush, they won't be any use to me, because I don't own them.
Great work!

I don't believe the belly button is too high... As a matter of fact, I think its perfect where it stands atm. And even if it was too high, who in their right mind is going to look at the guys belly button in game?
lmao come on now, that model is incredible. No crit~

SinKing this is the higher poly model which you use to generate a normal map from then apply to a much lower polygon model, either that or this is the low poly model with the normal map applied, can't really tell from these angles but i'd guess this is the highpoly version judging by the very smooth curves. Incredible work anyway!

This is someone who really knows their anatomy!!!
I have only 2 reallly minor crits.

1. The second and lower abs set come out too far on the side view.
But it wont matter if its going on a model in Normal map projection!

2. And the tear drop (Vastus medialis) is a little too high above the knee in my opinion..

But thats getting reallly toooo picky.. Its the best work I have seen on this site!
Well done!
