There should be a national focus where, much like King Michael's coup in Romania, Neighboor Vadim's coup, where he becomes the leader of slavnation, but he gets the "Vadim is trying to be Boris" national spirit which gives 10% recruitable population but the Comintern and the Axis instantly declares war on him, trying to bring back the true shashlik king! (Also Vadim would get -50% political power)
