Skull & Crossbones is a pirate themed multiplayer modification for Half-Life 2 that puts you in the Caribbean of the 17th century. You play as a pirate, fighting the royal navy, plundering villages, capturing ships, having action-filled saber duels, going on treasure hunt, etc. You are also able to play as the royal navy and stop the cruel act of piracy. The game is going to feature 4 interesting gamemodes that cover the whole genre, charged with lots of new ideas and possibilities. It is one of the few 3D action pirate games and it gives the player lots of possibilities that, combined with a good amount of creativity and detail, make the player actually feel like a pirate. Additionally, "Skull & Crossbones" has some really exciting and innovative gamemodes, a unique combat system (for handgun shooting, saber fighting and cannon shooting) and drivable ships on which boredom is a foreign word. Skull & Crossbones is the next project of the makers of Monkeystrike. Check the website...
