A short little demonstration of our effects so far most are some new planet types nothing fancy the BlackHole is by far my favorite.
Having never played Sins I'm not really sure what I'm looking at, and I'm also not much of an effects guy. That said, the Advent/TEC missile and blackhole effects looked cool. I didn't really get the cloud effects or what the atomic energy torpedo was supposed to be. And lastly, very nice choice of music.
The BlackHole would have more of a swirl that a straight abosrbion, but apart from that these are good effects.
The black hole is very nice. Yeah, it would look a little different but I like it. The radioactive and dust cloud are nice too, but I would make then slower and maybe made of a bigger particles.
