Manual Installation:
1) Open OpenIV
2) Click Tools - Package Installer
3) Select AVP 3.0.oiv
4) Choose mods folder
5) Wait until it finishes
6) Enjoy! :D

I've installed 4.0 using the oiv my game is not crashing but it just sits on the loading story mode screen i waited for twenty minutes before I figured it isn't happening I do have serveral other mods such as Naturalvision remastered and a few others none however have anything to do with the cars except for this
me too!!
