This mod aims to port the new voices of the 2012 HD port of Silent Hill 2 over to the pc version, along with all the enhancements made by the folks from Silent Hill 2 Enhanced Edition.
A lot of painstaking work went into this mod, without much praise I would assume (considering the majority of people don't like the new voices).
I, however, am not one of those people. One of my biggest complaints with the original was the voiceover work (not that it was terrible overall, it just pulled me out of the experience at times), and this takes care of that!
Thanks for this mod! I was actually a few hours into making this myself before I came across your work. Very glad that I did, because what you did is a lot more comprehensive than what I was attempting. Great job!

Why not, it's possible to switch between original and HD voices, so...
Changed from 5.1 surround to immersion-breaking 2.0 stereo. Bad decision.
