Looks like no one will guess; he is Bror the Stoncutter, miner of the Iron Hills. He joined Battle of the Five Armies with his brother Dror.
I never would have guessed that, mostly because it seems you made him up. Also, using a warhammer doesn't really give off a stonecutter or miner vibe. You might want a mattock for that.
