Here is the latest version of the mod. Some of the things to expect:
1-Overhaul of the Bavarian, Dutch, and (to a lesser extent) Prussian Armies.
2-The uniform colors are now rendered with the aid of Dominique Cardon and Irish Bremaud's excellent research on dye colors (3 books and counting). Not all units have been upgraded, but they will be given time.
Some examples of what to expect, in the case of the Prussians:
^Updated officer and drummer models and textures.
^Updated flag-bearer.
3-Animations are a bit buggy at this time, but will be working on them as time goes on. While we're at it, there are definitely bugs galore. Can't be helped at this time, due to limited numbers of full-time modders.
4-support has been enabled for BI features, though I haven't yet started to make full use of it.
5-Special music for the battlefield, provided by Youtube.com

All of the French and British tunes of interest are already in (four per culture group), as are one of the Russian, and two German (read: Prussian) tunes.

INSTALLATION:
As always: remove any old versions of the mod--if you have them--and unzip the contents wherever your alex.exe is. once done:
1-create a shortcut of the bat file Start SYW unlocked.bat; this bat file is inside the SYW mod folder.
you can choose an icon any number of heads of state to decorate it, from the folder SYW/shortcut icons. Make sure the loader.exe file inside the modfolder is set to administrator mode (set every relevant exe and bat to it,to be safe).
2-Once you are done, extract the injectors; make sure they're outside the modfolder. The download doesn't come with it, so get it here: Drive.google.com
If it gives you some grief about it being a virus or something, disregard.
*Hopefully*, this will be easier to use than the old method.
If not, then just create a shortcut to Alexander total war's engine, and put the following:
"LOCATION OF YOUR EXE HERE" -mod:SYW -nm -show_err -noalexander -ne -enable_editor
It'll still work fine.
