It's really too bad the crappy HL elitists will probably tear this game to shreds, it definitely looks interesting.
I think this looks cool, what do you think would make them angry? I mean aside from the iron sights looks just fine.
There's a good chunk of people in the community who think if a HL game isn't exactly by the book then it's bad and there's a bunch of them who think it's funny to **** all over mod projects because of this, I've seen it time and time again and I don't wish this on Snowdrop.
I hope things go smoothly for them but I also hope they have a thick skin because I can guarantee some people are going to say some ugly things and I hope the team doesn't get bullied into submission.
Pfft with millions of people who like and play Half Life you'll always find someone to bicker about something. You can't please everyone especially not loud minorities.
So here's my complaint:
I read Snowdrop and expected The Division related stuff. But its just Half-Life so bleh.

As a tester I assure that the trailer and screenshots on Steam page are only the top of the iceberg. The amount of detail and thought put into SDE makes it my favorite of HL2 storyline-related mods :)
Как тестер заверяю, что трейлер и скриншоты на Steam-странице - это только верхушка айсберга. Детализация и продуманность SDE делает его моим любимым модом по сюжетной линии HL2 :)
Looks pretty promising. I think snowy environment fits in HL universe perfectly, and it seems you guys have done a great job about that.

Combines are so funny going, better they would run. (1:10)
Looks like a really interesting mod for a tundra landscape... the only thing I may not like is the Combine voice near the end of the trailer. That was terrible. But overall, great looking so far and I wish all the best for the upcoming release!
