As you might expect, this project is dead...
Sorry for the false hope I gave you in April, the mod will never be released. For many months the project has been rotting and it cannot continue this way.
It was a constructive experience for me and I learnt a lot about modding. This project was also the
opportunity to meet awesome artists like Skworus (aka Skvor) and Romainoir, who is now one of my best buddies in the community. They need support in their personal work too!
I really wish I could have finished this project. I understand and accept your disappointment and I am not expecting forgiveness: I’m a deceiver in a way. But I encourage you to follow the coming game Bushido: Legend of the Samurai, they are doing great and they need your support!
PS: I stop modding but I will stay active in the community as a bannermaker.
Had to happen eventually, pretty sad though. Are you going to release the resources as an OSP pack?
Probably not because most of the resources already comes from different OSPs. Romainoir owns all the rights of the new models so I can't decide to release them as open source.
It'd be a shame for all of that stuff to go to waste. But oh well.

Im afraid I told you so, a shame you guys won't be releasing what you have done as it makes your work pointless but at least you learned some tricks of the trade.

Please give your already finished work marty4286 - he's working on the Gekokujo mod and we all can profit from your work. Im tired of all theese dead mods with their unused models/textures gathering dust on disks -_-
