This mod idea came into being when I, Zeeky_Bomb, was playing Resident Evil 4 (or Biohazard 4). What if there was to be a Resident Evil 4 RTS? This mod will replace all the races of Dawn of War with the Los Illuminados, the United States of America, and Umbrella Corporation. The three races will be very distinct. The Illuminados, rather than having a tier system, have an Eldar-like teching system. They will be primarily light melee units supported by light ranged units and light armor. The US will be primarily light ranged units backed by heavy armor, powerful stationary defenses, and heavy artillery and missiles. Umbrella will be heavy melee units with limited heavy ranged support and some light armor. Other features we are including are: vehicles being able to run through units and knock them down, units being unable to fire through walls, and all new uses for slag deposits.

First off, sorry I haven't updated in so long.

I wouldn't say it's because of some important milestone we hit, I'll just give a progress update.

Here's a short list of some cool things we have going on and some which we plan to.

The U.S., unlike the traditional 40k races and Los Illuminados, have no true uber unit. Instead, they have some superweapons. Before reading on, know that the mod takes place in the future, when the Plagas spread worldwide. Currently in place is:
1.The EMP missile, which causes all buildings in an area to stop functioning and shuts off all vehicles temporarily.
2. Broadcast Computer Virus: An ability at the Radar Tower that shuts off all unmanned robotic things in an area temporarily. Of course, it's useless against the Illuminados, but the US has a few robotic units and Umbrella will have automated defense systems.
3. Ion Ray: Sci-fi fans might like this one. You have a satellite fire a big laser. The satellite doesn't fire one puny laser, no; it's like a stream. While it's firing (about 15 seconds) you can move it around and kill stuff with it.

More can always be added for those who are a bit nuke-happy :P
