place the em39 folder in the re4 directory\xfile\em\
if this is your first re4 mod (skin or whatever) and you didn't extract Xfile.dat yet
then create a new folder called xfile in the re4 root folder mine is c:\program files\capcom\resident evil 4\
in the xfile folder then create a new folder called em and in that one place my foldermade by JTegh/Koen_roejea big thanks to thv65 and Satyr for using parts from their mods, YOU GUYS RULE..
