If you already have a previous installation of any Dolphin SHDP Edition, you do not need to re-install Dolphin. Just grab the HD textures packs (and FMV if you want it). Delete the old GHA and/or GHE packs located in User/Load/Textures. Backup the FMV pack if you already had them inside GHA and GHE and re-add them after you installed the new packs.
Note: GHA contains RE2 textures and GLE contains RE3 textures. They're compressed in dds.

Dolphin 5.0-17539 RESHDP - Emulator
Once downloaded, simply unzip the file (If Windows explorer somehow fails to do that, 7-zip or IZArc are free alternatives). Launch Dolphin with Dolphin.exe. Double click on the main window, this will prompt you to select the location of the game's ISO (which is not included for obvious legal reasons - NTSC US version).
The emulator comes pre-configured but you might want to configure your controller. Go to "Controllers", then "Configure" and Select your device in the "Device" List. Then click on the "..." next to the button you want to remap and click on the button of the controller. Once it's done, double-click on the game in the Game list and it should start. HD textures are enabled by default. Hit DEL key to switch the feature on/off.

SHDP 2.0 for Dolphin Windows - HD textures pack
Download the RE2 and/or RE3 SHDP 2.0 for Dolphin and extract the GHA/GLE folder in the User/Load/Textures folder of your Dolphin installation.

FMV packs
Just move the "User" folder from the FMV pack to where you installed the main pack (Where Dolphin.exe is located). That should replace the existing User folder, but it really just adds the FMV textures.

@mikami88 came to our Discord with NTSC doorskip codes, add them as Gecko codes (right click on a game in Dolphin's list then Properties) :

But what do i do with this pack? Do i have to send the file to somewhere in the emulator's own file? How do i make the hd textures to work?
Obs: i already have the right version of RE3 ISO.

u need their dolphin version + re3 gc rom then extract to User/Load/Textures folder as it states.
I don't think I missed anything. But why does it jerk from time to time? The picture is very beautiful and convenient to use Gecko code. which 1060 6GB is not enough? Or do I have to adjust the setting? Help me please.

Just unpack and copy (or cut) to \Dolphin 5.0-17539 RESHDP\User\Load\Textures\GLE
Inside the .zip package that you downloaded, there will be a .txt file that gives information on where you are going to install these files.
If I'm not mistaken, once you've unzipped the package data, you'll have access to the location where you installed the Dolphin emulator and in this folder you'll find the "\User\Load\Textures" folders. Then just paste the package files. Then I recommend closing and reopening the emulator so that it can recognize the newly added files. Once that's done, just load the game's .iso and play.
