First it was called "DELTA OPERATIONS". But now this mod tells the story of SPECIAL COMMAND UNIT Victor-3! The Campaign will be the same (most of it) but you can be assured: IT WILL BE AWSOME! BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL VERSION "Delta Operations"!

I think if a mod dev stops creating the mod, just hand it over to others, make it open source or whatever. and there needs to be a better description. i have no idea what "better campaign" means.

If you have the map but are having trouble getting on the map I have a solution. The game has certain commands. One of them you can use is "open" You can use this to open a map as long as you have the name of the map. You would open the place where you would input cheats type "open #######" You put the map name where ###### is
i cant even get it to work everytime i run republic commandos its just the reguler game
