Hey. Thanks! Oiler has been replaced with Delta Squad, but his design lives on as a class in Conquest mode.
The download was available a couple of hours ago, but due to a strange fluke with the installer, it has now been reuploaded and awaiting authorization again. It should be available again very soon!
