This mod fixes a lot of problems with the pursuit system and makes the cops a lot better than the original. And not only that, it also improves a lot of elements like the pursuit events, enable cops on more races with roadblock and helicopter as a option for these special unit and a lot more that i can't documented here. Designed to work on STEAM and Retail 1.0 and 1.0.1.17 of the game. ORIGIN and Retail 1.0.1.18 is no longer supported due to bugginess
