Beta 0.3 file - Release Countries and more! mod for Hearts of Iron IV

Is a project for the mod for HOI4, new countries, events, easter eggs and other! Can hear new notices from the discord link and you can make new ideas for make.

The project is the next for now:

-Create new nations (How Catalonia, Kazhastan, etc.)

-New events how civil wars in "X" countries and other.

-Create extra-nations (How carlists or confederates)

-And other more!

Now is the Beta Version (Will be planned to finish this month or January for now) of the mod, but can play from the link!
