In what speed are you playing at? Like all radar SWs v3 strike has 5 min charge time too.
If you are really talking about nuke i need to check if there is a bug. Edit: Tested no problem with nukes.
I know it is a bit problematic. Black is actually not black, it is really dark grey. Otherwise it was really invisible. Now it is just harto read not impossible. I'll try to lighten them a bit tho.

When the uninstallation is the uninstall file (bat) not deleted because in the uninstall file is: del Uninstall_CnCD2K.bat. Asked the name of your Uninistall_CnCD2K.bat is but.

AI builds near mines and Risen XXX is a bug, it ignores BaseNormal= tag. Risen Prism/Tesla/Railgun/Buggy are side specific powers, they are normal.
I already lightened the black and dark purple. They are more visible in chat/timer now.
