After Stalin's defeat at Red Alert 1 war, Russia was occupied by Allies. Political system was liberalized and Russia was attached to Allies. The Soviet Union is divided. But a holy place is never empty and China has become a new world communist force. China has spread his influence to almost all of Asia and formed his communist union in the world. Republic of Korea become the part of Chinese union and was lost for Allies. There was a historical re-shuffle. Now the Red Dragon was awaking.
