Rebalance Mod 1.0 file

How do I launch the mod?Copy it to the mods folder and run play rebalance mod.bat.

You can make yourself invisible to AI-to do this, go into any car or stationary gun, hold the active protection button X for a few seconds and exit it-you will become invisible, like in the Predator movie, but when an electromagnetic grenade explodes, you may be noticed.
TV-guided helicopter missiles fly slower and much farther.
The electromagnetic grenade now has a double effect, a shock wave and EMP radiation at once.
The Goliath now has railguns instead of grenade launchers.
