It's a modpack of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas which call "Realizm 2019". Cars, Planes, Helicopters, Trains, Bikes (no any boat mod), HD Textures, Graphics, Verious Cleo Mods (in order to realism and add more features to game), Air, Road, Tram Traffics and more... Entire textures of the game has been altered with HD ones. I have used a lot of modifications for this mod pack (realizm 2019).
First of all, I am sorry because of that low FPS in scenes. My pc is weak and when I have recording a video, FPS dropping at 25-30. But, FPS being 35-40 per-second without recording. Whatever, if you have a good PC, don't worry about it, it's happening cuz of my old pc.
