This update includes the randos for all scenarios + the Soundtrack rando, which uses music from the main game, Hunk, Tofu and Ex. Battle mode, an option to randomize the player model, and more...
To install the mod, extract the zip file into the game folder and open the randomizers which are in the mod_rnd2 folder. For detailed instructions check the Readme file included.
Changelog:
-In addition to the music rando, there is also an option to play as different characters. There are 4 models available for Leon scenarios, and Elza Walker for Claire's.
-Some scenarios have an option to add Birkin as a regular enemy. This option replaces the "hard enemies" option that the Leon B rando had.
There is a limit of 1 Birkin per room, even if the room had more enemies in vanilla game.
Note that G3 may go out of bounds but it should not cause mayor issues.
G4 will never spawn in specific rooms to avoid softlocks.
-Weapon drops are no longer tied to specific areas, and handgun ammo quantity per drop was increased.
-Mr.X drops are now randomized and there is a chance for those to be weapons or weapon parts.
-If item rando is on, there will be an extra weapon in the inventory at the start of the B scenarios. Using the save games that the rando generate is required for this to work.
-'A' scenarios have guaranteed inks and herbs early.
-Licker spawn chance was reduced, and some rooms that had default enemies now are random (kennel, Claire B first boss, B scenario morgue and a few more)
-There are a few rooms where NPCs can be replaced by enemies.
-Fixed seed option is now available.
-Most issues related with missing files/insert dvd error should be fixed. If it still happens, reinstall the game from a clean copy, then the randomizer, and if there is any randomizer shortcut in the desktop, delete those.
-A custom credits FMV will show on the A scenarios.
Note that this may be the last update for this rando, but if mayor bugs are found those will be fixed as usual.

The audio when walking/running is quite a pain, it really hurts my ears.
Playing with Claire/Elza and getting Tofu footsteps is a bug.
To fix this, go to the mod_rnd2\common\sound folder and delete the Room folder. It won't happen again unless you get Tofu with the Leon rando.
So if you get Tofu, you may want to do the same, or play with another model.
Also, having FMVs enabled with Claire will make the game crash at the sewer area. Disabling movies with the Rebirth menu prevents this.

Thank you for this updating on this rando i wanted to play all scenarios but only for Claire A/Leon B. The music doesn't play in certain areas for example outside, but when you enter the RPD the music will play. Other areas in the RPD the music won't play maybe that's just how it is. I had the other biorand mod and updated the new biorand but it won't let me generate the seed and i had the biorand run as admin.
Hi. Yes some tracks are set by default to avoid music overlapping. Others won't sound depending on the rng.
Also, the pc port has its bugs so I'll have to set by default some of those tracks anyway.
I have a question pertaining to the regular Rebirth version. How could I unlock the extra modes? The special menu is always blank.
Did you try deleting the config.ini file?
(before doing that, copy the install key that the file has, you'll need that)
