Project Revolution is a WarCraft3 : Frozen Throne Mod, that will turn StarCraft:BroodWar into 3D. The Mod will stay true to the original StarCraft:Broodwar. No Races will be added, no heroes, no Units or skills. Just plain old SC. In 3D. Check out our screenshots to see what we've been working on. Check out our site and drop a few lines on the forum or visit our IRC channel for a chat with the team if you like. We're always scouting for talented artists and coders. If you think you can contribute to this project visit our site.

Things had been quiet near the end of 2006, but there were some hidden updates for those of you who have been keeping an eye on the project. We're pleased to announce that there is some more news from Snowflake Entertainment. Soulphalanx - one of the valued Contributors has been added to the team, and lots of work is underway.

Zerg fans, it's a good day for you. Although the image is a tad bit too big to upload onto the ModDB Gallery, I thought that we should let you guys take a sneak peak at something. 56k beware, it's a rather sizable animated .gif (that's why it's provided in a link). SOuNDSNC gave me this little treat that I converted into a .gif image for you guys. It's a long animation with 3 stages of pulsating alien growth. Snowflake Entertainment brings you - the Zerg Building Animation.

Note: This image may not open in conventional image viewers, so you'll probably have to look at it in a web broswer if you decide to save the image.

Also, there's a new screenshot available at the official site which may become viewable at the ModDB page soon. Keep an eye for upcoming news and updates. As always, if you're interested in helping out the Project, register on our forums and put up something in our Applications & Donations area. Thanks for the continued help and support.
