The planet that would host Starkiller Base, Ilum, was once a remote and mysterious world known only to a handful in the galaxy. During the age of the Galactic Empire, Ilum was mined for kyber crystals for use in the Death Star's superlaser.
Install by putting “IL3” into your Gamdata/Addon folder.

I waited a long time for a ilum map like this and the wait was worth it, it was as easy as just making a snow map but you did the big imperial mining collecting kyber and it was incredible, even with a blade runner easter egg XD, for suggestions maybe just flying vehicles, although this map doesn't need that to be amazing, only bugs I found was a flying gonk droid in command post 0, and ahsoka tano calling herself aayla secura, definitely a map I recommend and probably the best version ilum will receive for this game, one of my favorites without a doubt
Appreciate the words! Will only get better with updates, will have that Gonk droid fixed tomorrow, as for Ahsoka that is sadly an issue related to how I add heroes and is no fixable I believe!

great mod, it feels great to play with cal kestis, I think it's the first mod that adds it
The only bad thing I found is that Ahsoka comes with the name as Ayla Secura, Cal Kestis as Luke Skywalker and the at-te does not make a good path

Ahhhh fantastic work!!! You're right that this feels very different to your original Ilum, and is a nice improvement. Feels more like what Ilum should be rather than a generic snowy planet.
Only a couple issues I've found: the spawn points for CP1 are a bit off, they spawn you way out at the edge of the map, and a few of the AIs would get stuck out there. Also, and this might just be a personal thing, but some of the capture zones for the CPs felt a bit small. The central CP, CP2 I think, seemed especially small, you practically had to be within 2 paces of it to be in the zone. Also file size seems a bit bloated with all the side files, when all that seems to be being added is the heroes and the purge trooper (all of who are excellent additions by the way! Cal was especially fun).
Otherwise, it played very well! Well done again!
I can second the spawn points for CP1 being a bit off feedback. But I can also say that this is a great map, and the custom unit inclusions + Cal's combos etc. was really fun!
Very appreciated feedback, love having to work on stuff so this gives me work to do, will work on these things for todays update
I’ll try work on lowering the file size too, also adding more HvV command posts and maybe capture the flag
looking back the capture zones all look fine? ive done some slight adjustments now but there dosent seem to be any issues
This map could use some improvement when it comes to the overall size of the map it feels very small and doesn't allow for a lot of conflict between factions. Furthermore, I think the overall design of this map could be improved on by making it look and feel more like an Icey planet it just seems like a planet with white grass and snow particles it feels very flat. It definitely needs more contrast between the snow and ice like a lot more than what it offers maybe add some ice caves to have conflicts in having some more unique areas on the map would help make it less flat/generic feeling. This map just needs something to make it stand out and look more appealing.
