This is the Closed Captions. They are pretty broken(Who knew?) for some reason. And this is the first time i ever made Closed Captions. There may be some errors with the closed captions and you can modify them(if you want to go to the rabbit hole of trying to modify this or even to compile the modified version). The Captions compiler NEEDS to have the txt file to be UTF-16 LE for some reason. To install this put the closecaption_english.dat file into to the resources folder of the mod crumbs of truth or you might make your entire portal closed captions to break.
