Mod HQ, like everyone, wished to know more about the unique sounding Strategy System in Beta 3 of Plan of Attack so I decided to interview Mike DelPrete, the project's lead about this and other matters. Q: Can any player be the one that decides the strategy, similar to how one decides which objective to attack? Are there plans to eventually use your excellent Mod Stats system and allow only higher ranking players in the server to do so?

A: Yes, any player can choose a strategy. For the attacking team, the player that chooses the objective to attack also chooses the strategy for that round. On the defending side, one player is randomly chosen to pick a strategy. We don't plan on limiting strategy choices, since we'd like all players, good or bad, to have the opportunity to shape their team's strategy.
