The goal of this mod is to add a third playable pirate race to Homeworld 2, as well as implement minor universal gameplay changes and add additional ships to the existing hiigaran and vaygr navies. This mod is not meant to challenge or create existing HW2 canon, is merely for everyone's enjoyment. The gameplay of the mod is already complete and playable, and features a functioning pirate AI, so you can play against a pirate CPU in multiplayer! After two years i am happy to announce a new version of the pirates mod!
it will be a new self installer exe version and also a .big version for those who want it.

V0.3b Fixes all reported bugs and will add the Improved Bataraia's Hammer

The new Bataraia's Hammer is faster with more subsystem slots and the best salvage dropoff ship in the game.

The Release Date of this version is planned for mid July i will finalize the change log early July,

First off, let me begin by saying thanks for all of your hard work and the countless hours I have spent enjoying your mod. I did, however have a few questions....

1. Is it possible to blend this mod with another? I was curious because I think there could be huge potential in using several of the ships from the Complex series. The Scavenger and X-bomber come to mind. Their research trees and method of RU storage is also quite inventive.

2. Is it possible to create a way to actually gain tech trees from other races if one of their production ships are captured? (IE if I capture a Hiigaran Shipyard I can build Hiigaran ships)

3. Is there a way to alter/modify the starting fleet?

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Thanks again for this great mod. I hope you're still working on it and release more in the future.
