The year is 2015, there is no comparable span of time in the last two-thousand years in which an army has not marched across the Rhine. Nor has the world ever seen a single nation wield so much power and influence. Pax Americana (PAC), the long peace, new world order, whatever term you choose to describe the world we live in, it is the basis of this mod. PAC will be a modern day mod that attempts to simulate/exaggerate past, current and fictional crisis's and lead to a World War 3 scenario.

The mod is awesome, based off of Black Ice division system, and politics. It's visible at first glance. The problem however is the lack of ministers in all minor countries - and it doesn't take that long to go through Wikipedia and find them.
I like the system in general, as well as the factions, however it would be good if the faction icons were changed as well.
Next, I'd like to make a personal request to make sure that when selecting custom play there's a limited amount of research points because I started as Serbia and had 150k research points to spend. It was silly.
Next to that, I'd like to add that both Serbia and Croatia have very good military techs as of late. Croatia should have a fairly good infantry and armor technology, and Serbia should have a good infantry and artillery technology. As for Kosovo, there needs to be an alliance as I am able to invade it and take it with no problems or reactions from any countries.
So far the mod looks awesome and very promising. Keep up the good work.
