I honestly hope this mod isn't dead. I just want to mess with this in the GEM editor, but don't know how to umm make it work. What folder or whatever do I have to put this little .rar file in?

I really like to play this mod, its quite nice, especially the Omaha map is despite the fact that the tank traps there are not recognized by the AI which results in a VERY annoying pathfinding-game + spawn area is too small as well, very good, its fun and your mod adds new units and such...but dude, infantry 35 MP...I can basically rush people with it, my friend rushed me to death with it, its a bit crazy in my opinion that they are THAT super cheap, well, Im not sure if thats something I should like or dislike...Sometimes it feels like infantry is too cheap but on the other hand they die hard anyway if you got a tank or whatever + the 35mp infantry cant do any defensive stuff like sandbages well..Im asking me if this mod is now dead /= I mean you haven't released any new version since a while now..about 5 months was were you released your first ver ):
