A very early WIP of OverRule, you guys have been waiting long enough for me to release at least something!

To play, put in:

C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Gears of War for Windows\WarGame\Published\CookedPC\Maps\CustomMaps

If the folders aren't there, make em!
Then, start up gears of war and type into the console (~):
Start OverRule
